In some cases there may be a slight delay. We strive to deliver the products as soon as possible. You will receive an email when the order has been shipped. We send our packages via PostNL, DHL or DPD. Mailbox parcels are sent with PostNL. If the package has a Track and Trace code you will get this sent to your email.
Return policy
If you want to exchange or return your purchase, you can register your return up to 30 days after receipt. You can do this by registering your return via the return portal. You can log in here using the email address with which the order was placed. After your return has been registered, you can return the registered items. The process looks like this:
1- Register your return in the return portal. Fill in the reason in the comment field: ‘’Exchange for size …’’ if you would like to exchange the product for a different size. You can also exchange the product for a completely different product of the same price. If you want this, fill that in here too. If you would like your money back, you can leave the comment field empty and possibly indicate a reason for the return.
2- You will receive a confirmation email about registering your return request.
3- The request is approved. You will receive confirmation of this by email.
4- Send the return to the following Return address:

Make sure that the order number is stated in or on the return packaging!
5- We will process the return as soon as it is received. You will receive an email with a confirmation of your refund or the sending of another item (for example a different size).
Please note that exchanges or returns are possible with the exception of:
- Products that are returned later than 30 days after reporting the return.
- Personalized products / Products that have been specifically customized.
- Hygiene products (such as earrings) of which the seal has been broken after delivery.
